Information collected
The contact form collects your first and last names, email address, telephone number and the type of property project. A message is optional: please limit it to information useful for our initial conversation. Connection data, including your IP address and request time, are also processed for website operation and security.
Purpose of your enquiry
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange an initial telephone conversation and follow up on your property project. Sending the form does not subscribe you to an advertising newsletter.
Who handles enquiries
Within AB IMMOBILIER & RELOCATION Sàrl, enquiries are handled by Annabelle Bacuet and Eduard van Grunsven. Infomaniak provides the website and email infrastructure. The form sends your enquiry to our contact mailbox; it does not publish it on the website.
Website and email hosting
The website and contact mailbox are hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias (Geneva), Switzerland, whose Web Hosting and Mail services store data in Switzerland. The form sends enquiries to this Swiss-hosted mailbox. When we reply to your email address, your own email provider also handles the correspondence and may be located outside Switzerland. See Infomaniak’s privacy policy for its processing arrangements.
Form security
A technical session cookie helps verify that a submission comes from the same browser. A pseudonymous identifier derived from the IP address and request timestamps limit abusive submissions; these security records do not contain your name, email address or message. The limiter uses a rolling 24-hour window and removes older entries when subsequent requests are processed. These controls are used for security, not advertising.
Sending your enquiry
The form sends an email to contact@ab-immobilier.ch through Infomaniak. A confirmation appears after the mail service accepts the message; an appointment is then arranged with you separately. The website code does not save form entries in browser local storage. Your browser may separately offer its own autofill features.
Retention of enquiries and correspondence
We retain enquiries and correspondence for the time needed to respond to you and follow up on your project. At the end of the enquiry or project, we review whether the information is still needed and delete what is no longer necessary, subject to applicable record-keeping duties or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Enquiries in our inbox are managed manually; the form does not automatically delete received emails after a fixed period.
Technical logs
Infomaniak keeps access and error logs for website operation, security and troubleshooting. These can include IP addresses, access times, requested resources and browser information. Infomaniak states that these logs are retained for at least seven days; this is a minimum, not a maximum retention period. See its information about access and error logs.
Backups and deletion
Infomaniak’s standard automatic Web Hosting backups are daily, with seven days of retention. Email backup availability and retention depend on the Mail offer. Deleted data can remain in backups until the applicable rotation period expires. Moving an email to the trash does not immediately erase it: Infomaniak normally clears trash after 30 days, unless emptied earlier. Language preference and browser storage
Your French or English language preference is saved locally in your browser so it can be restored on a later visit. You can remove it by clearing this website’s data in your browser settings. The website code does not include advertising cookies or a third-party advertising tracker.
Your questions and rights
You can contact contact@ab-immobilier.ch to ask about personal data relating to you and, where applicable under Swiss data protection law, request access, correction or deletion. State your request clearly so we can identify the information concerned. Where necessary, we may verify your identity before responding.
